行政院今（30）日表示，農曆春節假期返鄉出遊車潮眾多，為避免塞車之苦，交通部已充分規畫公共運輸運能，相關餘位情形、增班狀況、訂位系統或各項疏導措施及旅館、民宿訂房等資訊，可於交通部網站首頁「春節疏運」專區查詢。
行政院指出，春節期間交通部觀光局已規畫安排9條「風景區接駁專車」、39線「台灣好行」景點接駁公車及59條「台灣觀光巴士」套裝旅遊行程路線，減少民眾自行開車出遊，以解決塞車及停車位問題。
對於仍需開車返鄉出遊的民眾，行政院強調，短途20公里以下的車輛請走地方道路，南北長途走國3，並可多利用高乘載管制時段或國3優惠路段，或考慮延後返回工作崗位，避開尖峰時段；另交通部已於相關網站與「高速公路1968」App內，提供連假期間每天易壅塞時段的行車時間及塞車路段的預報服務，建議民眾上路前可事先掌握國道路況預報資訊，避開塞車路段及時段，並利用相關替代道路。
行政院表示，為創造國5大客車優先通行環境，交通部將持續於國5北上宜蘭至頭城路肩機動開放大客車通行，並配合啟動主線儀控管制，尖峰時段大客車可較小客車節省20至40分鐘行駛時間，而國5國道客運於尖峰時段亦規劃增加班次。另台鐵增開樹林到羅東間3班往返區間快車，並提供100元優惠票價，搭配宜蘭縣政府增加地方客運觀光接駁公車（假日約15至30分鐘一班），以利民眾暢遊宜蘭。
行政院呼籲，春節假期氣候多變、早晚及南北溫差大，民眾出門前請留意路況及氣象資訊，開車上路前務必做好車況檢查及蒐集瞭解各項交通疏導措施。夜間行車切勿疲勞駕駛，並掌握不超速、不酒駕、要理性、要安全的「二不二要暢銷」駕車守則，以確保行車平安。PTT

針對一例一休上路，中華民國全國商業總會理事長賴正鎰指出，政府知道物價會漲，還要執行，最後是三輸。中華民國全國工業總會秘書長蔡練生也說，一例一休絕對是個爛蘋果！不過行政院發言人徐國勇則指出，此言論極不負責任、且極不體恤勞工，行政院感到極為遺憾。對於行政院槓上教你怎麼省荷包商總和工總，民進黨立委鄭運鵬今（4）日表示，資方或勞方看的不一定準，因為現在還是一個變動期，可以等到整個環境穩定後，再來下定論，不過他也認為，新政策可以半年檢討一次。
鄭運鵬指出，勞基法修正不只是一例一休，包含加班費提高熱賣、工時定義、全國統一假日等，現在只是剛起步實施，所以都會有些市場上的變動，比如說漲價，但要研究未來會不會把漲價，直接回饋到勞工身上，如果未來幾個月中，工資有所提高的話，大家會比較接受這樣的政策。
鄭運鵬說，對於資方會覺得說，休假對他們太辛苦，排班不足，但長期可以增加就業穩定，勞工加班費提高，又能充分休息，這就是好的政策，所以新政策可以半年檢討一次。
鄭運鵬強調，資方或勞方看的不一定準，因為現在還是一個變動期，可以等到整個環境穩定後，再來下定論，相信勞基法的修正，是從前年到去年11月才定案，討論那麼久的政策，不至於太離譜。
國民黨立院黨團首席副書記長李彥秀表示，一例一休如果誠如蔡總統所講的，是一個好的政策的話，相信不會今天資方、勞方都抱怨，一例一休當時本來就是為了砍七天假，後續所有的方案和配套措施，其實都是急就章式的，根本沒有拍賣思考清楚。
李彥秀說，包括休息日是一個完全新的概念，加班費的計算方式也非常混亂，造成很多中小企業必須關門，甚至周休假日不營業的狀況，讓台灣整體經濟、景氣、便利性受很大的影響。
李彥秀指出，國民黨和在野黨當初討論的時候，都有提出來，但民進黨都聽而不聞，現在造成這樣的結果，執政黨要負最大責任。
